Global Grandmas is a new community of globally living grandmothers who enjoy supporting each other while at the same time sharing love and wisdom with the next generation of women relocating all over the world..
First up is a look at how we travel. We know why we travel. We’re off to see the grandkids, or other family and friends that are vital to a life well lived in this Third Stage of Life. It sounds better in French- troisi’eme e’tape de la vie!
How we travel has to do with airports and trains and boats and how these modes of transport enable or disable travel for older people. It is my aim that we gather information concerning easy access for such things as stairs/no stairs and services offered particularly in airports around the world.
